Kevin Potcner, Director
Kevin has dedicated his career to the training and education of quality professionals. Kevin has trained executives, managers, and engineers at leading Six Sigma companies and now offers clients a fresh way of educating their teams. Kevin honed these skills whilst working at Minitab, Inc. as a key training resource. He was responsible for the development and evolution of MINITAB training within the corporate framework and continues his commitment to this endeavor as the Director of Exsilon.

Kevin formed a solid foundation in the theory and application of statistical analysis through his faculty positions at Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Florida. He brings a genuine passion to his work and the issues his clients face and has an acute sense of how to approach training based on a deep understanding of the tools and solutions. He has extensive experience from basic to advanced statistical modeling techniques.

Kevin has an MS in Applied Statistics and a BS in Printing Sciences and Technology with a concentration in quality control both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Patches Johnson, Senior Statistician
Patches has committed the last fifteen years to statistics education and consulting. She has concentrated in business statistics, theoretical and applied experimental design, and statistical quality control within a myriad of industries including agriculture, science, healthcare, and education. Patches has successfully combined professorships with extensive corporate consulting, which gives her an excellent vantage point for guiding and educating quality professionals.

Patches has a PhD in statistics from the University of Florida, an MS in statistics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a BS in mathematics and statistics from Radford University.

Tracy O'Rourke, Six Sigma and Quality Improvement Specialist
Tracy is a Certified Black Belt who advises companies on all aspects of Six Sigma including strategic planning, implementation, training, coaching, and driving project closure. Tracy started her improvement career at GE Appliances as Western Regional Account Manager. She was promoted to the role of National Training Manager allowing her to develop a total training program for the GE Warranty Management Division. She later became a Certified Field Black Belt training employees and supporting regional managers and sales representatives in their Six Sigma projects.. She has worked with Shea Homes, Callaway Golf, Washington Mutual, Cisco Systems, Sears and Roebuck, Yum! Corporation, and Becton-Dickinson.

Tracy has a BA in English Literature from San Francisco State University and an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.

Kristen Anderson, Business strategist
Kristen has been working with small, medium, and large businesses for over seventeen years building strategies, which define best practices and strengthen processes. Kristen has worked as a trusted advisor and a senior account and project manager for myriad of organizations in varied industries.

Throughout her career Kristen has been a business thinker and writer and has enjoyed a wide range of consulting opportunities. She is skilled at assessing business challenges and organizing relevant programs to assert change and the teams responsible for executing the efforts. Kristen has worked with the Eastman Kodak Company, Cisco, Glaxo Smith Kline, Barclays Global Investors, and Tesco.

Kristen has a BA in English from Hollins University and a Master of Fine Art in design and IT from Rochester Institute of Technology.
